Obverse:
The obverse of the coin depicts a chestnut leaf and fruits. Mythology and the history of magic abound of miraculous recipes and advice on how to use alomst every part of this noble trees. Its fruits symbolize chastity and it is believed that chestnuts increase fertility and desire.
Reverse:
The reverse presents the two-headed eagle, which is a symbol from Germanic mythology, associated with Janus – the god of all origins, guardian of gates and bridges, the patron of alliances. The heads turned in opposite directions symbolize the past and the future.
