Shipping Policies


We at Chitown Coin & Company offer many options for shipping, which can be chosen at Checkout.

We understand that you would like to have your items as fast as possible, which is why we ship often throughout the week, with our average processing times being 1-3 business days. 

Your order will be packed with the utmost care, and will be wrapped securely in order to prevent any damage in transit. For your protection, nothing on the shipping label (or the outside box) will indicate what is inside the package.

When your order has shipped and left our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information for your shipment. Please be advised that tracking information may take 24-48 hours, or longer in some circumstances to be recognized by your carrier.


Chitown Coin & Company fully insures all shipments that leave our warehouse, for the full locked in price of your order, subject to the following. We must be notified of a lost package within thirty (30) days from the date of shipment as shown on the tracking provided by us. Should anything happen to said shipment in transit to it’s destination, you may be permitted to file a claim under our insurance policy, assuming that you, directly received the product from your carrier. We, at Chitown Coin & Company will not be responsible, nor liable for any theft or damage to a shipment in the instance that you leave instructions to leave the parcel unattended. We will also not be responsible, nor liable for any theft or damage to a shipment if you request that the shipment be left with a third party. If your product is damaged or lost in transit, we reserve the right to refund or replace your items at our sole discretion, and Chitown Coin & Company will have no further liability after the fact. Once the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, Chitown Coin & Company is no longer liable for subsequent loss or theft. By purchasing from Chitown Coin & Company, you agree to cooperate to any insurance or claim process, and agree to take every reasonable action requested by us in the process. A failure to comply may jeopardize the coverage potentially provided to you.

Issues related to supply of precious metals, or other products on our website may occur in this business. We reserve the right to delay your delivery of your shipment up to Twenty-Eight (28) days from your expected shipping date to fulfill your order.
